How long will the scent last?
All our air fresheners are designed to last 10 to 14 days. We have found that changing them out once per month will keep the smell strong and consistent. So be sure to checkout our 6 month and full year deals!
How much is shipping?
Good news here patriot. We charge a flat fee shipping charge for as many as you buy! So knock out that gift list with just one small shipping charge. Like everywhere else online, shipping fees do vary depending where you are in the world. We break it up into three locations: Merica, Canada and the rest of the world. When will you ship out my order?
We have a process down to ship out all orders within 2 business days after purchase. Please take note we do live in the home state of the great George Washington himself, Virginia. We are on the coast and occasionally weather wreaks a bit of havoc in our life here and a small delay may occur. We will message you if any unforeseen issue arises causing a delay.
Will I get a tracking number with my purchase?
All purchases will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and will come with tracking. The tracking number will be uploaded to your order once shipped. An email will be generated with the tracking as well. Sometimes these emails go to SPAM because they are automatically generated. If you do not see the email in your inbox and it is not in your SPAM, please email us via our CONTACT US page and we can send it to you.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Then you got a replacement coming ASAP or a refund. Whichever you choose. We don't see that happening but if we missed an error or sent the wrong air freshener, we got your back patriot!
What if something happens or a dispute not listed here?
Look, 99% of disputes can be resolved with proper communication. If something strange happens or something not outlined on our website occurs, just shoot us an email through the website. There is nothing within reason we cannot work out between patriots.
